Before we suggest any equipment, we want to know three things: what is in your raw water, how much treated water you need each day, and who will look after the plant once it is running. The answers decide everything else, from the filters we use to the size of the pump.

Small decisions add up over the years. A pump chosen for the real working pressure, membranes picked for your water, a post-treatment stage set for how the water will be used. You won't see these on a quotation, but they are why one plant runs smoothly for years and another keeps breaking down.

An RO plant needs looking after. Membranes get dirty, pumps wear out, and raw water can change with the seasons. A plant that is easy to service, with standard spare parts and clear instructions, costs much less to run than one bought only because it was the cheapest.

That is why we include commissioning, operator training and 24/7 technical help as part of the job. When your own team understands the plant, they notice a drop in pressure or water quality early and can call us before it turns into a shutdown.
