Our Managing Director, Zameer Hanif, spent years running high-capacity operations, including as Lead Supervisor at HUBCO. Because of that, we think about the maintenance team and the real operating conditions from the very first drawing, instead of fixing problems after the plant is built.

Questions worth asking any water treatment company

Ask who will make the technical decisions on your project, such as pump sizing, membrane choice and pretreatment, and whether that person has run a plant like yours. A design made by someone who has never worked on a plant floor often looks right on paper and behaves differently with real water.

Also ask what happens after the plant is handed over. Plants rarely fail overnight. Membranes foul, pumps wear and scale builds up slowly, and a company that is easy to reach for maintenance will catch the problem before it costs you a shutdown.
