What to send us when you ask for a quote
You don't need a full technical brief. It helps if you can tell us where your water comes from (bore, canal, municipal or something else), roughly how much treated water you need, whether it is a new plant or an existing one, and what the water will be used for. If you don't know some of this yet, that's fine. Testing the raw water is our first step anyway.
If you already have an RO plant with a problem, like lower output, a pressure issue or a membrane that needs changing, tell us what changed and when it started. That usually tells us whether it needs a membrane cleaning, a part replaced or a closer look at the whole process.
